- Eliminite: We offer direct sales
and service of the Eliminite
Treatment System. We also provide
the Operation and Maintenance
service required by some local
governments. Septic Smart is the
State of Colorado source for this
equipment and service.
- AdvanTex: Septic Smart offers
sales and service of both
Residential and Commercial
AdvanTex treatment systems. We
continue to service our existing
AdvanTex systems under contract
for the duration of tthose contracts.
Contract renewals will be adjusted
to meet the changing regulatory
requirements. - System Design: Septic Smart
works with several Colorado
Engineering firms and can assist
the homeowner with everything
throughout the process from
selecting an engineer through the
completed project.
- Septic Pumping and Inspections:
We do not currently provide these
services. We maintain lists of
available companies for referral.
We would be happy to discuss
what is required and how to select
your service provider.
- Site Selection and Soil Profile:
Site layout, soil profiles and Geo-
technical services can be provided
by licensed Engineers to assist in
planning the best use of your
property on a referral basis.
- Remote System Monitoring:
Septic Smart works with NSF,
providing a reliable low cost remote
alarm monitoring program. We can
adapt any brand of control system
to this unique alarm system. We
also sell and install the VeriCom
control system which also offers
great remote operational control.

- Wholesale Products: Septic Smart
can provide contractor direct
pricing for Eliminite, and other
wastewater specialty products.
- Control Panel and pumps
installation: Septic Smart sells
several brands of control panels
and pumps. We offer system
troubleshooting and installation for
most brands of control systems.
- Training: Specialized contractor
training is required for product
warranties to be valid with the
manufacture. Septic Smart
provides required training for the
product lines we carry.
- As-built mapping: GPS and swing
tie as-built mapping services to
provide final system drawings.
- Ongoing Service: Once installed,
the excavation contractor does not
typically provide the ongoing
service and maintenance
responsibilities. Septic Smart can
provide this directly to the property
owner reducing the contractors
time spent on return service calls.
- Design Consultation: Septic
Smart offers a plan review to assist
the design engineer in determining
the selected equipment will best fit
the site and function as intended.
- Parts Locater: Septic Smart
stocks mosts brands of specialized
septic components or can have the
items shipped quickly. Most
contractor supply houses do not
stock specialized septic
components.
Installation Assistance: Septic Smart will work directly with the Contractor to
insure the product lines we carry are installed correctly at the project site. If a
contractor is not familiar with a specialized septic component, Septic Smart most
likely has received the required training even for those items that we do not stock.
